Keys in
Drop the car, tell us what it's doing. Courtesy car if you booked one.

We look, properly
Lift, scan, road test if it needs one. No guessing from the forecourt.
A written price
The job card lands on your phone: what's wrong, what it costs, when it's ready.

The fix
Only what you said yes to. Old parts kept in a box for you to see.

Road-tested, ready
We drive it, we clean it, we text you. Pick up til six.
Bay 02 does the shine end: a full valet you can smell, paint correction that takes the swirl out of a black car, and ceramic coating that keeps it that way for two winters.

“Told me the clutch had a year left in it and to spend the money on tyres instead. Who does that?”
“Written price at 9:40, car back at 4, exactly what the card said. First garage I've trusted in years.”
“Brakes done same day. They kept the old pads in a box to show me. That's the whole review.”
“Rang at 7pm expecting voicemail. A person answered and booked me for 8am.”
“Diagnostics found a wiring fault two others missed. £60 instead of a new alternator.”
“Paint correction took the swirl marks out completely. It looks like the day I bought it.”
“Courtesy car, text when it was ready, no surprises at the till.”
“MOT prep caught two things that would have failed. Passed first time.”
We don't sell you the job. We show you the part, write the price down, and tell you when it's ready. If it can wait, we say it can wait. If it can't, we say that too. Three of us, forty-six years between us, one phone that gets answered after six.

Labour is £68 an hour and it says so on the wall. Parts at cost plus ten. If the job runs over the estimate, that's on us, not you.
The two we hear most: what will it cost, and when can you take it. Both are on the card — or just ring.
Walk in til 4 for anything under an hour. Book for the bigger jobs so a bay is actually free when you arrive.
The card says from–to. Once we've seen the part the number is fixed and we text it to you before any work starts. It can go down. It does not go up.
The card gives you a ready-time. Servicing is same day, most brakes are two hours, a clutch is a day. We text when it's road-tested.
Yes — £15 a day, book it with the job. Or we run you to the station in the morning.
We do the prep and the pre-check and we take it to the test station next door. You get one bill.
Anything with four wheels. Diagnostics are dealer-level for the big German, Japanese and French marques.
Then you get a quote. No diagnostic fee if we do the work, £60 if you just want the answer.
