01What we collect
When you send the enquiry form or book a bay we keep your name, phone number, email address and what you told us about the car. When you ring, we write down the same things on a job card. That is the whole list.
02Why we keep it
- To ring you back and answer the question you asked.
- To book the bay, prepare the job card and text you the price and the ready-time.
- To keep a record of the work we did on your car, which the law asks us to hold for six years.
03What we do not do
We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to a newsletter you did not ask for. A reminder about a service that is due is the only message we send without you asking first, and you can stop those with one reply.
04Who sees it
The three technicians and whoever is on the desk. Our booking software and our accountant hold copies because they have to. Nobody else.
05This website
The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Our hosting provider records the pages you visit in the way every web server does, without knowing who you are. The forms only send data when you press the button.
06Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email bay@dialzero.works or ring (555) 014-0770 and we will do it inside a month, usually the same day.
