01What this page is

This statement covers the Dial Zero Auto Works website. We want anyone to be able to find out what a job costs and when we can take the car, whatever they use to browse.

02What we have done

• Every page has one heading that says what it is, and headings follow in order.
• Every button and link is a real button or link, works from the keyboard, and has a name a screen reader can say.
• Forms have visible labels, required fields are marked, and errors are described in words next to the button.
• Colour never carries a meaning on its own; the accent colour is always paired with text or an icon.
• Motion respects the "reduce motion" setting on your device: the shutter, the lamp and the scrolling effects settle to their finished state.
• Text can be zoomed to 200 per cent and the layout still holds at 320 pixels wide.

03What is still short

• The animated hero and the section reveals are decorative; their content is available without them, but they cannot be paused individually.
• Some photographs are decorative and carry empty descriptions on purpose.
• The estimate on the booking sheet updates live; a screen reader announces the result but not every intermediate number.

This statement was last reviewed in September 2026 against WCAG 2.2 at level AA, using keyboard-only navigation and VoiceOver on Safari and Chrome.
